Warranty Program

HAAS Optics optical systems are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 24 months from the original date of purchase.


Optical system means:

  • all components between optics objective and ocular lens included

  • any functional and mechanical operating system related to the performance of the optical system

The electronic components in scopes and red dots are warranted against manufacturing and material defects for a period of 24 months from the original date of purchase.

The warranty against manufacturing and material defects also covers:

  • non-optical system components and accessories such as straps, lens caps, rubber covers, turret caps and other similar parts  for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase

  • clothing and hats - for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase

  • other products from the HAAS Optics offer, such as flashlights, knives, scope mounts, tactical glasses - for a period of 24 months from the original date of purchase.

Extended warranty Program grants an additional 5 years of Warranty. The program is available for selected products.

If a defect covered by this warranty is found, HAAS Optics will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the product with a new product of comparable performance. A warranty card and proof of purchase are required to implement the warranty.

Conditions not covered by this warranty:

  • accidental damage

  • normal wear and tear of the equipment

  • damage determined to have been caused by unauthorized repair or modification, misuse, abuse, neglect, failure to follow product manual, improper lens care

  • damage caused by natural disasters, acts of terrorism and combat conditions

  • loss, theft or damage resulting therefrom

Service

Should you require any maintenance or servicing, our in-house service department will be happy to assist you. Request a service order online by filling out the form below. At the time the service order is issued, a service order number and instructions on how to return your product will be provided.

We will notify you of the receipt of your repair immediately.

If the repair is not subject to the product warranty, you will receive a cost estimate for the repair by email from HAAS Optics. No repairs will be performed until we have an authorization.

Our priority is the satisfaction of all our customers. Goods purchased in the online store are subject to return within 14 days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted after this date. Proof of purchase is required to return the product. The returned goods cannot bear any signs of use. The return shipment must contain a set of elements contained in the packaging.

Currently, it is not possible to exchange a product online for a new or different one in one transaction. To receive a new item, you must place another order via the online shop. We refund the funds within a maximum of 14 days to the indicated bank account. If you received the item as a gift, the sender will be refunded the appropriate amount.

Please use a courier service to return the package and send it via standard insured package. Keep a copy of the waybill for reference.

Products purchased from the online store cannot be returned to local HAAS Optics retailers.
