ASG Elite Force battery

The Elite Force 11.1 V, 1200 mAh, 20 C battery is a lithium-ion stick type pack designed to power airsoft electric rifles. The package fits replicas from the Heckler & Koch HK416/417 family.

The lithium-polymer battery (LiPo) is the successor and excellent alternative to the lithium-ion (LiI-on) battery. The most important advantages of LiPo batteries include their compact size, high discharge current, low self-discharge rate and resistance to low temperatures.

Elite Force LiPo batteries for powering electric replicas
Small dimensions while maintaining high current efficiency make it possible to select a package for almost any ASG replica. LiPo batteries do not have a memory effect, so they can be charged without first discharging. Unlike other types of batteries, frequent charging of the LiPo battery improves their efficiency. LiPo cells for airsoft guns also perform much better at low temperatures, which is why we can also use electric replicas in the winter.

Li-Po package technology
The undoubted advantage of the LiPo package is the low self-discharge rate. An unused package loses only 3-5% of energy after 30 days of storage. During long storage, discharge below the nominal value of 3 V per cell should not be allowed, as it leads to irreversible chemical reactions, reduced pack efficiency, permanent damage and, in a critical situation, even spontaneous combustion. Therefore, the pack should be stored after charging to 70% capacity.

A LiPo battery should not be discharged below 3V (per cell) or overcharged above 4.2V (per cell). For charging, it is recommended to use only a dedicated charger with a balancer (using a service plug). Charging should be carried out at room temperature. If proper operating rules are followed, the service life of the Elite Force LiPo battery is approximately 500 charging cycles.
